Starting May 30th I will be walking about 4,000 mile, from Minneapolis, Minnesota, East to Washington DC, South around Florida and then North, ending at the world missions conference in Peoria, Illinois in mid November. (see map below)

There are three purposes for the walk.

1.To evangelize and minister.

2.To raise funds for Ministry of the Sheep. It is my goal to raise enough money to start two orphanages/school. One in India and another in Uganda.

3.To raise awareness of Missions in general.

There are literally thousands of ministries in the world that are operating on next to nothing in the way of support. It is my vision that churches around the nation would get involved by either joining me as for a day as I pass through your area or organize a walk-a-thon in your area to raise funds and awareness for their missions and pledging 10% to Ministry of the Sheep, or using my walk to get pledges and pledging 50% to Ministry of the Sheep. I am doing this walk-a-thon on faith. If you live on or near the route please consider providing me a meal or a place to pitch a tent. Here is a Map that shows you the route Dennis will be walking. Take a look close and sse if he will be close to your town. If he is show him some support and offer him a soft bed and warm shower. Also consider inviting him in your church to share his storys of why he is doing this walk-a-thon.
